Upon arrival at Mohamed V Airport in Casablanca, you will be met and escorted to your hotel. In the afternoon, take a tour of Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco, including the central market, the Habous District, the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V Square, the residential area of Anfa, and the outside of the Hassan II mosque. | Day 2 | Rabat/Meknes/Fes |
After breakfast, depart Casablanca for Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco. Take a city tour to visit the royal palace, the Oudaya kasbah, the splendid Mohamed V mausoleum, and the Hassan Tower. The road to Meknes will take you along a beautiful stretch of farmland where olives, grapes, grain, and vegetables grow. On arrival in Meknes, you will have some free time for lunch before some sightseeing of the Ismailiam capital, famous for its 40-km-long walls. Visit the Bab Al Mansour and the royal stables of Moulay Ismail. Continue to Fes via the holy city of Moulay Idriss where the founder of islam in Morocco is buried, then visit the Roman city of Volubilis. After breakfast, start your full day tour of the most ancient of the imperial cities founded in the 8th century by Moulay Idriss II. Visit of the medieval medina with its Attarine & Bouanania Medersas (religious Islamic universities), the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the Quaraouine mosque. | Day 4 | Midelt/Erfoud |
After breakfast, depart for Erfoud, via the Middle Atlas Mountains along the Tizi-n-Tretton Pass, traveling through the lovely cedar forests where you may catch a glimpse of some Berber monkeys. This route takes you through Ifrane, which is a beautiful mountain town with a large French architectural influence and an important handicraft center. Stop in Midelt for lunch, then continue to Errachidia to visit the blue spring of Meski. On arrival in Erfoud, check into the Belere Hotel (or similar) in Erfoud. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner | |

| Day 5 | Erfoud/Ouarzazate |
Early in the morning, depart by Land Rover for the Merzouga Sand Dunes to see the sunrise. Arrive back at the hotel in time for breakfast. Continue the drive to Ouarzazate via the Oasis of Tineghir. Here you will see the famous Todghra Canyons. After free time for lunch at a local restaurant, then continue along the "Road of One Thousand Kasbahs" to Ouarzazate. Visit of the kasbahs of Taouirt Tiffeltout and Ait Benhaddou, the most spectacular fortress in the south of Morocco , which has served as decor for many films like "Laurence of Arabia". Lunch at the terrace of the restaurant facing the kasbah. Departure to Marrakech via the Tichka pass offering an impressive landscape in the heart of the Atlas mountain chain . The entire day will be devoted to the visit of Marrakech, the second oldest Imperial city, known as the pearl of the South. The city was founded by the Almoravides at the end of the 11 th century. Departure to Safi , also a former Portuguese fortress and famous for its pottery. Sightseeing of the town. Continuation to El Jadida, sight seeing of this town including the famous citadel, a reminder of the Portuguese occupation of the 16 th century. Continuation to Casablanca .
